10/23/2010 – It finally happened! I weight less then 200. I haven’t weighed this since my daughter was born 13 1/2 years ago!
10/10/10 – 200.8 pounds!!!! Woo!!!! I can hardly believe that I am this close to being out of the 200s!!!! YES!
11/08/2010 – HALF WAY THERE!!!!!!
12/10/2010 – Below 190! YES!
12/18/2010 – Wow… I can hardly believe that I am loosing this weight. It seemed like such an impossibility before, but now, at 186 pounds it seems that it may happen.
1/2/2011 – I haven’t lost any more poundage. If I only focus on that I would be discouraged. I have lost inches…I am now in a size 12 pant and a large women’s top. :0) I haven’t worn those sizes since Dillon was a baby. I have been working out and I feel stronger and healthier then ever. I didn’t make my goal by the end of the year…Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years were full of family time and delicious food. But now, I am back to the plan!
March 4,2011 ~ We went on a cruise for our anniversary. I went off my diet and ate & drank whatever I wanted. On March1st, I restarted the weight loss efforts and have already lost 4 of the 10 pounds I gained while on vacation. I’m feeling good and strong!
April 26, 2011 Weight loss has taken a back seat to training for the Tour de Cure. With all the riding and working out it has been difficult to figure out how much I need to eat to lose weight. As soon as we have finished out ride, I will be getting back on the weight loss train.

WOW!!! I better get on the ball, huh. Thanks for showing me that it’s possible to lose it and be healthy! You are an inspiration.
